Network throughput

The Link sets the Server’s transfer budget. This matters when many imports, exports and machine deliveries happen together. A faster Link can remove this bottleneck, but cannot exceed a drive’s own read/write limits or accelerate the recipe inside a furnace.

Compare network and drive limits before replacing hardware. Link 16 and Link 64 are wired; Link 256 also enables a wireless access point. Its range remains limited by the card fitted to the remote device.
