Pair the handheld tool
Pair the Portable Terminal by right-clicking a Controller or an attached Server. A wireless Link must be installed.
Use the paired tool
Right-click with the Portable Terminal in hand to open the network interface while away from a fixed Terminal.
Check range and loaded chunks
Access still requires a loaded, available network within the installed Link's range.
