Processing wafers

The Wafer Processor prepares and processes semiconductor wafers.

A silicon wafer is an intermediate, not an installed Server component. The processor combines it with redstone to make a processed wafer; the Lithography Unit then uses that wafer to make processor dies. It also refines several raw materials. Follow the recipe for your target component to see which operation you need first.

Connect the marked rear socket. One connection serves the entire machine, including its other occupied blocks.

Install the Microfabrication Module in the Wafer Processor to unlock its specialized processes.

In the Terminal, request a product this machine can make. Nebula supplies its inputs and sends the finished output back to storage. Check JEI or EMI for the exact ingredients, required module, processing time and FE cost in your modpack.
