Etching circuits

The Lithography Unit forms fine circuit structures. Leave room for its full chassis.

This is the step between a processed wafer and a processor die. The normal die recipe also uses gold and lithography film. Advanced dies add interconnects, diamond and calibrated optics. You need these components for later hardware, so connect lithography before requesting an upgrade that depends on them.

Connect the marked rear socket. One connection serves the entire machine, including its other occupied blocks.
